About Me

My passion for Massage Therapy started when I was young and took interest in how the body heals itself.  I have scoliosis; so growing up going to a chiropractor and receiving alternative modalities became second nature to me.

Through my love of Christ and the healing touch of massage, the universe guided me to Massage Therapy School at Sister Rosalind School of Massage in West St. Paul, MN. Through a two-year certification, I have learned incredible techniques I now am blessed to give to my clients. The last 16 years I have grown my practice and continue to evolve in my wellness journey.
